1. Submit your custom jewelry request form linked below with your design ideas and reference images.

2. We will review your request and contact you to discuss the design and pricing of your piece.

3. Once the concept is finalized, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before design and production begin. The deposit will count toward the final payment of your piece.

4. After final design approval, the remaining 50% balance must be paid before production begins. Once completed, photos and videos of your piece will be provided before shipment.

Please note, custom pieces take 3–4 weeks to create, followed by shipping time.
