RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel satisfied with every piece of NOXIS™ jewelry.
That's why all items purchased directly from www.noxisjewelry.com can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date indicated on the tracking, provided all the return terms and conditions stated on this page are fulfilled.


Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and to qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be purchased directly from www.noxisjewelry.com
  • Items must be new and unworn apart from trying on, free from any signs of wear or damage and in perfect condition for resale
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the jewelry box, with the exception of the envelope. All packaging must be in the same condition as you received them.
  • All sales items (including site-wide sales) and limited releases are final sales and cannot be refunded.

Returned items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a refund.

If an item is returned in only partially acceptable condition (e.g., missing original packaging or showing minor signs of handling), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. The amount refunded will reflect any deductions for missing components or damage.


How to Start a Return/Exchange

Returns and exchanges are handled through our Self-Service Return portal, which you can access by logging in to your NOXIS account.

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your NOXIS account
  2. Click on the order you wish to return
  3. Select “Request return”

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and provide a return address if approved.

If you wish to exchange an item, such as for a different size, kindly follow the same steps mentioned above. Once the refund has been processed, you may proceed to place a new order with your desired size.

Please note that return costs will be paid by the customer.
As returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility, we highly recommend you to use a tracked shipping service as we cannot refund any lost items.


Successful Returns

Returns can take up to 5 business days to process from the day the parcel is delivered to our warehouse. Customers will be notified by email once a refund has been confirmed and issued on our end. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

We are not able to provide refunds to an alternative account other than the original one used to place the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your payment account. This processing time depends on your bank so we suggest that you contact them directly if you have not received the funds after 10 business days.

Please note that all refunds are processed in Euro (€). As a result of it, the refund amount paid out may be shown differently from the original payment amount if the currency conversion rate has changed between the original purchase date and the refund date.


Damaged/Wrong Items

All NOXIS™ items are carefully quality-checked and sold only in perfect condition. However, on the rare occassion that you receive a damaged item or an item you did not order, please contact us immediately at info@noxisjewelry.com with the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Name of the damaged or wrong item
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the defects (if applicable)
